How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us at support@karmarealm.com. We’ll respond with the return address within 24-48 hours.
You can return an item as long as it’s unused and, ideally, with the original packaging unopened. Once we receive your return, we’ll process either a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days after receiving the item, and you can expect the money back to your account within 5 business days (credit card refunds may take up to 5 days to reflect in your bank).
Please notify us within 30 days of delivery for any returns or exchanges to help prevent lost packages.
